That’s it.
“Breakfast Meeting” depicts a serene Lake Erie sunrise as a flock of ducks soar in as if getting together for their daily breakfast meeting.
“The Colors of Thunder” is as loud as the jets were when they flew over my head. The sky, exploding in color as all seven of the US Air Force Thunderbirds fly above. If the crashing thunder of the jets could be seen by the human eye, it may look like this.
Enjoy.
I’m very grateful to have you following along on this journey.
So I thought you deserved something special.

I was out on the Lake Erie shoreline at sunrise when I caught this scene—flocks of birds scattered across the water, breaking the stillness of the morning. The horizon was painted in layers of soft gradient color, shifting from golden peach into pale greens and blues.
This piece is less about the birds themselves and more about the calm rhythm of the lake—the quiet meeting that happens every day between water, light, and life. The surreal colors amplify that sense of awakening, transforming a simple dawn into something both familiar and otherworldly.
Printed on Chromaluxe aluminum, the surface gives the water a reflective depth and the colors a smooth, luminous glow. It works well in dining rooms, offices, and places where quiet presence is valued.

I created this piece during the Cleveland National Air Show, where the Thunderbirds roared overhead in perfect formation. I wanted more than a documentation of the jets—I wanted to capture the energy they leave behind in the sky.
Through color transformation, the clouds shift into waves of electric blues, golds, and violets, reflecting the shockwave and intensity of flight. This isn’t just about aviation—it’s about the feeling of power, precision, and awe that fills the air when these aircraft cut across the horizon.
This artwork is printed on Chromaluxe aluminum, giving the colors their full intensity with a floating mount that makes the image hover off the wall. It works as a statement piece for living rooms, offices, or as part of a curated collection of Cleveland-themed art.
